Create and collate content using your networks from across CRUK, editing and presenting information for internal department communications in the form of regular newsletters, VF and CRUK project updates and any other ad hoc updates.


Advise colleagues on the best communications channels for their messaging, providing an editing and copywriting service where appropriate.


Act as CRUK Brand Partner and create copy that is on-brand and consistent with the CRUK tone of voice and personality.

BRIEF 

 

To deliver an efficient and effective communications service for the Volunteer Fundraising (VF) Department, including project support and leading on the production of internal communications.
 

To receive briefs and then produce fundraising materials with both templated and bespoke designs, advising VF staff on best practice and branding, liaising with staff and senior managers for approval and supporting with the print fulfilment process.

INITAL DESIGNS FOR THE LOOP -

Fuse is a platform and a place for employees in VF to learn, share, engage and connect. I did a few sketches and then choose four designs I liked the most and produced them on Indesign. I was assigned to do was redesigning their banner for the month update called The Loop. 

THE LOOP ANIMATION -

This was the chosen design. I then made it into an animation. Below is the banner I made for Dryathlon. 

ICONS FOR TEMPLATES  -

My manager asked me to produce new icons in the new rebranded style. These were for events like valentines day, mothers day and easter. 

TEMPLATES  -

So there are the icons inside the word templates. The word templates are designed for the small fundraising groups. Here they find the template most suits to their event.

POSTERS  -

For the design requests, I designed quite a lot of Posters. Here are a few examples. For Recruitment, Big/small events, etc. I was very limited on what I could do with them due to the brand guidelines. However, I feel that I made each one look as unique as possible.
